Windswept is ocean front with an amazing view and is the only house with a hot tub. (And yes you can see the ocean from the hot tub.) This house is our largest house. It has 8 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. You can reserve this amazing house for the low price of $285 per night with a 3 night stay from now until January 4. If you reserve this house you will get one free pet fee. This price includes all taxes, rate, and housekeeping fee. This offer is only for these dates. 

Four Winds #3 is across the street from the beach. Perfect for a small family getaway for the holidays. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath.  This house is only $100 per night with a 2 night stay from now until January 3. If you book this house you will get a free amenities package. This price includes all taxes, rate, and housekeeping fee.

Sand Dollar has an ocean view and we have some upgrades added to the house. If you have stayed here in the past then you will notice what we did. We have taken the carpet off the stairs, replace the top deck with a new one, taken the washer and dryer from the ground level (carport) to upstairs and now instead of one fridge you have 2. Perfect for a holiday meal! This house will sleep 14 people. It has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. You can get this house for the low price of $150 per night with a 2 night stay from now until January 3. If you book this house you will get a free amenities package. This price includes all taxes, rate, and housekeeping fee. This offer is only for these dates. 

Laughing Gull is on the ocean side with an ocean view from the crow’s nest. This house is under a major remodel and will be available for booking this Sunday 12/16/18.WE HAVE LISTENED TO OUR CUSTOMER’S. We have gutted the kitchen, ripped up the floor in the living room and kitchen, painted the dark brown door frames and window seals, upgraded the kitchen and actually flipped it to make more room, and we aren’t stopping there… more upgrades and remodels coming soon.  (Pictures coming soon). This house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. You can book this house for the low price of $100 per night with a 2 night stay from 12/16 thru 1/4. If you book this house you will get a free amenities package. This offer is only for these dates. 

Forbes Fever is ocean front with 6 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. This house is the style of the “Old Nags Head” look with a modern twist. The kitchen has been moved and upgraded. There is an actual dinning room with new floors, and other upgrades are coming soon. You can book this house for the low price of $175 per night with a 2 night stay from now until January 4. If you book this house you will get a free amenities package. This price includes all taxes, rate, and housekeeping fee. This offer is only for these dates. 

Peppers cottage is on the ocean side and is perfect for a couple’s getaway. This little cottage has one bed and one bath and a wide open floor plan. Come to visit family, friends, or just come by yourself and enjoy some peace and quiet. You can book this cottage for the low price of $50 per night with a 2 night stay. This house is our most popular house and has limited booking dates, so please hurry and book the dates that are available from now until January 4. If you book this house you will get a free amenities package. This price includes all taxes, rate, and housekeeping fee. This offer is only for these dates. 

Sea Gull is ocean front with an amazing view. This house has 6 rooms and 3 baths. Upgrades has also happened to this house and we haven’t finished this house. Come and check them out for the low price of $215 a night from now until January 4. (Dates are limited for availability).

Sea Biscuit and Sand Fiddler are both ocean view, have movie theater,an elevator, 2 sets of washers/dryers, 2 kitchens, and 2 living rooms. Sea Biscuit has 7 rooms and 6 baths and also has an air hockey table. Sand Fiddler has 7 rooms and 7 baths and has a pool table. You can book one (or both) of these houses for the low price of $250 per night with a 2 night stay.  If you reserve this house you will get one free pet fee. Come and live on the beach for the winter. Available Nov 25-March 31.

The Four Winds Cottages are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. They come fully furnished and you don’t have to pay utilities.  Everything is included in the monthly price of $1,150.00 a month and they are 100% pet friendly. We require a pet fee of $200.00 per pet and a refundable security deposit of $1,150.00 before you can move in.

There is a private fenced in yard for your animals to run around in, picnic table, and a charcoal grill that is even a smoker. All this can be yours for the winter.

These two cottages are in the perfect area if you love to fish or surf. We are just minutes away from Oregon Inlet, Pirate’s Cove, Wanchese, Hatteras Island, and many many more secret spots for fishing and surfing.

Most people think that the Outer Banks is no fun once the “off-season” hits. All the kids are back at school, people can drive on the beaches, water is getting too cold to swim. Sounds like no fun for the kids, right?! WRONG!!! The Outer Banks has made up for the cooling weather by giving us a multitude of fishing tournaments, marathons, and festivals.

You Can Help Hurricane Victims & Have Lots of FUN at OBX Brewtag -Oct 27, 2018

Kegs will Fly, Memories will be Made, and Fun will be had by All!

While many people think that this is just another “Beer” festival…think again!

It is a truly a local event for the community, and this year the Rogallo Foundation will be donating 50% of the proceeds to Hurricane Relief efforts for Hurricane Florence and of course putting the other 50% of the proceeds toward the Rogallo Foundation.

 The Rogallo Foundation has made tremendous progress toward developing a museum for “low-speed flight” to potentially be built at Jockey’s Ridge State Park! What a great benefit to have another educational resource on the Outer Banks for the public!

What is OBX Brewtag?   

A celebration of flight and beer, OBX Brewtag is whimsical and entertaining.
Brewtag contestants will be competing to see who can launch and fly an empty 1/6 keg barrel the furthest.

Come to the Outer Banks for a week or a mini vacation starting after the hurricane.  The Outer Banks stays strong after each storm. It may take us a while to get back on our feet but we always keep standing.

We are running specials starting September 22- September 30 for all available houses. Please look below for prices and all available cottages.

Four Winds #1 for $800.00. This price includes rent, cleaning fee, and taxes. It does not include the refundable deposit. This is a 2 night minimum.

Four Winds #3 is available for September 22- September 27 for the low price of $700.00 for the 5 night reservation. This price includes taxes, rent, and cleaning fee. It does not include the refundable deposit. There is a 2 night minimum.

Sand Dollar is available for September 24- October 5 for the low price of $1,500.00 for 7 nights. There is a 3 night minimum. This price includes taxes, rent, and cleaning fee. It does not include the refundable deposit.

Laughing Gull is available for September 24- September 27 for the low price of $1,000.00 for the 3 night stay. This price includes taxes, cleaning fee, and rent. It does not include the refundable security deposit.

Sand Fiddler is available for September 23- September 27 for the low price of $1,750.00 for the 4 night stay. This price is including taxes, rent, and cleaning fee. It does not include the refundable deposit.

Wind Swept is available for September 23- September 28 for the low price of $2,000.00 for this 5 night stay. This price is including taxes, rent, and cleaning fee. It does not include the refundable deposit.

There is also a one time security deposit of $1,2500.00. This is fully refundable at the end of your stay.

These two cottages are pet friendly with fenced in areas.

There is a one time pet deposit of $200.00 per pet. Only 2 pets allowed. No limit on breeds or weight.

The Four Winds Cottages are cute bungalows ideal for small families. They are all on one level with no steps.

The price includes water, cable, wifi, phone, and rent.
