Four Winds #1 for $800.00. This price includes rent, cleaning fee, and taxes. It does not include the refundable deposit. This is a 2 night minimum.

Four Winds #3 is available for September 22- September 27 for the low price of $700.00 for the 5 night reservation. This price includes taxes, rent, and cleaning fee. It does not include the refundable deposit. There is a 2 night minimum.

Sand Dollar is available for September 24- October 5 for the low price of $1,500.00 for 7 nights. There is a 3 night minimum. This price includes taxes, rent, and cleaning fee. It does not include the refundable deposit.

Laughing Gull is available for September 24- September 27 for the low price of $1,000.00 for the 3 night stay. This price includes taxes, cleaning fee, and rent. It does not include the refundable security deposit.

Sand Fiddler is available for September 23- September 27 for the low price of $1,750.00 for the 4 night stay. This price is including taxes, rent, and cleaning fee. It does not include the refundable deposit.

Wind Swept is available for September 23- September 28 for the low price of $2,000.00 for this 5 night stay. This price is including taxes, rent, and cleaning fee. It does not include the refundable deposit.

These two cottages are pet friendly with fenced in areas.

There is a one time pet deposit of $200.00 per pet. Only 2 pets allowed. No limit on breeds or weight.

The Four Winds Cottages are cute bungalows ideal for small families. They are all on one level with no steps.

The price includes water, cable, wifi, phone, and rent.

Peppers our couples cottage is now available for August 28- September 1 for the low, low price of $150 per night.

Peppers is perfect for the two of you and only STEPS from the ocean. This cottage may look rustic on the outside but the newly remodeled inside is just right for a romantic get away! Peppers is a cozy cottage for 2 people that is located on the ocean side. Only about 150 yards to the beach. Peppers has a queen bed and one full bath. There is an outside shower also. The kitchen is fully equipped so dinner is a snap! The living area includes comfortable furnishings, tv with dvd player and free wifi. The deck is spacious and fenced so it is safe for toddlers and pets. Also provided is a picnic table and a charcoal grill.

We have no weight limits, breed limits, or quantity limits. There is a fee for each pet of $15.00 per day per pet plus tax. There is even a pet area under the house that you pet can run around and get all that energy out.

Forbes Fever is now on sale for the low price of $4,000.00 for the week of July 15-22. The regular price for this week is $6,800.00. Or you can rent 4  nights for the low price of $600.00 per night. There is a 4 night minimum.  These prices are all inclusive rates.

Forbes Fever is ocean front, 6 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, has a saltwater pool, and will sleep 14 people. Forbes Fever is the former home of our founder and is filled with the Old Nags Head spirit and nautical treasures.

This house features are an elevator that you can access from the ground floor outside area, saltwater pool, a brand new fully equipped kitchen, wifi, flat screen tv’s, dvd player, game room with Foosball, back deck gazebo, master bedroom private balcony that has a great view of the ocean, a charcoal grill, private beach access, and a fenced in dog run.

This house is pet friendly and we have no limits on breeds, weight, or quantity.

Price includes rent, cleaning fee, and all taxes. Linens are NOT included. We do offer an amenities package for this house for a fee of $160.00 plus tax. Our amenities packages includes, sheet sets for every bed, towel sets for every person, a roll of toilet paper for every bathroom, a roll of paper towels for the kitchen, dish soap for the kitchen, and a bar of soap for every sink for the bathrooms. If you do not want to get this package then you are more than welcome to bring your own.
