Super Summer Special for 2023 dates!!

We have just marked down 6 of our house’s to help normal, hard working families, so they can still have a vacation this year. Peppers, all of the Four Winds, Laughing Gull, and Sand Dollar are now on special for the dates of June 3 to September 9, 2023. Each house has it’s own special qualities to it. All 6 of these house’s are for small families or just the 2 of you.

Pepper’s Cottage is perfect for couples with no kids or just want to have time to yourselves.

The Four Wind Cottages sleep 5 people and are perfect for small families.

Laughing Gull sleeps 11 people and has a bunch of cool amenities for all ages. It has a crow’s nest on top of the house. You can watch the sunrise or sunset.

Sand Dollar sleeps 12 people and has a saltwater pool. It is made for a medium sized family just like Laughing Gull.

All of our house’s are 100% pet friendly and we don’t just mean dog’s. We also allow cats, birds, rabbits, monkeys, etc… If it is a legal pet for North Carolina we allow you to bring your pet. The Pet fee is $15 per pet per day plus tax but if you are coming for a week then the fee is $100 per pet plus tax. We also do not have any rules about breeds, weight, or the quantity of pets allowed in per house.

If you have pet allergies and you still want to rent one of our house’s but are not sure because we allow pets let me ease your mind… We have had multiple reviews on our website, Air BNB, and VRBO saying that you would never know if this was a pet friendly house or not (that is how good our cleaner’s are)!!

Why stay in a hotel for a couple of days when you could stay in a beach house? We are 100% pet friendly to all different kinds of pets not just dogs. We have had cats, birds, a monkey, fish, rabbits, chinchillas, and of course dogs. So if you want to get away for a couple of days but can’t find anyone to watch your pets just bring them. We only charge $15 per pet per day plus tax. If you want to stay for a week (7 nights) then the fee is $100 per pet plus tax.

Last Minute Mother’s Day Special!!

We just received a last minute cancellation for Mother’s Day partial week. The now available dates are May 9- May 15. The house that these dates are available for is Sand Fiddler. This is one of our largest homes and is booked up from now until Mid- September. Sand Fiddler is 7 bedrooms, 7 baths, has 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, an elevator that goes from the bottom to the top floor, a saltwater pool, a new fenced in pet area, a game room with an Xbox One S, Foosball table, and a 55 inch smart tv. There is also a movie theater with theater seating and 55inch smart tv. In the upstairs living room there is nothing but brand new reclining, pure leather furniture. If your kids need to do school or you need to work no problem, there is now a desk in the middle floor king room with the bunk. There is so much space in this house that everyone can hide to do their work. Sand Fiddler sits across the street from the ocean but still has an awesome view. This neighbor is so quite that at night you can sit on the front decks (any of the 3) and just listen to the waves. In the morning you can go to the middle or bottom floor deck to see if you see any deer. We get them a lot. So come and enjoy Mother’s Day with us!!

These dates May 9- May 15 are on special for $350 a night. There is a housekeeping fee of $253.69. The $350 a night is just the nightly rate. The original price was $450. This is a total savings of $100 off a night. There is a 4 night minimum. All money is due at the time of booking. As a Mother’s Day gift we will give you the amenities package for FREE (This package is valued at $242.41). This package includes all sheet sets, one towel set per person that the house sleeps (26), one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 bars of soap per bathroom, 2 dishwasher pods per kitchen, 1 travel size bottle of dish liquid per kitchen, and one roll of paper towels per kitchen.

All of our Four Wind cottage are listed above are on sale for the low price of $ 50 per night, with a 2 night minimum, and you will also get a FREE amenities package. These quaint little cottage’s are very popular with small families just looking to getaway for a couple of days. All of our Four Winds Cottage’s have 2 bedrooms and one bath. With us giving you the amenities package for free you will save money and save space in your car. The total savings for the amenities package is $50.74 and the savings for the nightly rate is $25.

Sand Dollar- January 18- 23:

This is our 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house that has an ocean view from the top/front deck. You look across the street and see the waves or the sunrise over the water. You can’t see the waves crash on the shore because of the large dunes and the house across the street but you still get the view and you can just listen to the ocean. The sale price is $50 per night with a 3 night minimum. You also get a FREE amenities package. This is a total saving of $169.13 and you will save room in your car. The nightly saving’s is $50 per night.

Forbes Fever- January 8-28:

This is our 6 bedroom, 3.5 bath, ocean front house. This house has an elevator, gazebo, boardwalk to the beach, plenty of deck space on the back and the front of the house, fenced in pet area, smart tv’s in every room, the master even has a private deck with a view of the ocean. The sale price for this house is $100 a night, with a 3 night minimum, and a FREE amenities package. This is a total savings of $180.40 for the amenities package and you are saving $92.85 off of the nightly rate.

These are our sister house’s. Sand Fiddler has 7 bedrooms and 7 baths. Sea Biscuit has 7 bedrooms and 6 baths. They both have 3 large decks on the front and 3 on the back for great views. Go to the back deck in the morning to see deer grazing in the woods or watch the sunrise from the front deck. Both houses have a movie room, pool table, jacuzzi bath tub, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, and smart tv’s in every room. Windswept- January 8- 29:

This is our 7 bedroom house with a bonus game room/extra bedroom. The game room has an Xbox one with pre loaded games already installed with a 55 inch smart tv. Every bedroom has a smart tv, this is our only house that has a hot tub. There is also a jacuzzi tub on the bottom floor. The sun room holds plenty of space to relax, read a book, or play a game of Foosball with the family. This has is also oceanfront. The sale price for this house is $100 per night, with a 3 night minimum, and a FREE amenities package. This is a saving of $242.41 and you are saving $100 per night.
