The house is in a great location by the beach. Great spaces for gathering, grilling and relaxing in the pool or elsewhere. S. Nags Head is close to a ton of restaurants and other activities. Very family friendly and accessible. The rooms and beds were nice too, though there is a bit of a strange layout that meant my elderly parent in laws would come right out of the elevator into my wife and my bedroom. For that bedroom the en suite bathroom is shared with another bedroom. It's a small issue and one that might not be a problem for your group. Overall it's a great place, with great hosts on a stunning and perfect beach! -5 Stars
