We were charmed by the house. The paneling is beautiful and the decorations are unique and eclectic. The house is well kept and was very clean. The kitchen was updated and well-stocked. We loved that we could hear the ocean from inside of the house (with the windows and sorts closed)! That’s rare. The master suite on the third floor was perfect and the private roof deck it has was one of my favorite things about the house. The Roku TVs were a nice bonus. We also loved reading the information about the owner’s impressive bio and that the proceeds from the rental still help fund the charities she donated to when she was alive. A couple of minor suggestions: 1) Please update the instructions for the elevator (and post them inside of the elevator) to explain that you have to push the button for the floor again once you have arrived at that floor, in order for the door to unlock - we had to call for help because we were locked inside of the elevator when we first arrived!). 2). We know there were comments that the outdoor furniture will be replaced this Winter. This is good - and necessary. I sat in one of the rocking patio chairs in the gazebo and it flipped backwards, which hurt my neck. We highly recommend this rental! -5 Stars
