Overall, I would recommend the house. Pros - The house is extremely comfortable. Extra attention was given to the comfort of the mattresses and pillows. The kitchen is well equipped for a small family. The house house is one of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed in. The management company is responsive to emails, usually in a few hours. They are helpful and kind. The house is close to the beach. We used a beach cart and walked to the beach in about 3 minutes. I would also recommend renting the chairs and umbrellas. Cons- the outside, fenced in area does not have any grass. It is mostly gravel. The exterior of the house is worn by time. We had a leak in the ceiling, but the management company quickly called me to make sure it was taken care of, so I am sure that it is no longer an issue. -4 Stars
