There was excellent communication between the host and me. Even though I couldn't take advantage of it, the property was actually ready earlier than expected. For those who have dogs, there were no sand spurs in the yard!!!!! We spent quite a bit of time sitting outside with no fear of stuck paws. :-) We definitely hope to stay there again! -5 Stars
