The house is in a fantastic location. The beach is practically right next door, and it's easy to get around by car to go shopping for what you need. You can travel both north and south since it's in the center of the Outer Banks. The sunrise and the stars are fantastic from the crow's nest.
The hosts were very helpful in directing us to where to buy fresh fish and seafood.
It was a cold few days, but the heating worked perfectly.
