We spent 4 days at Laughing Gull #1 and had a wonderful stay! The beach is just right over the dune and it's within walking distance of Jeanette's Pier. We were fortunate to have a warm weather day and our girls played in the ocean and enjoyed the hot water shower outside. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The bunk bed room, queen room and laundry room are on the entry level. Upstairs is the king bedroom, living room and kitchen. Both levels have a full bathroom. The layout of the house was ideal for our family. -5 Stars
