Great location with view of the water from the top deck. Close (less than 10min) drive to many restaurants, grocery store, shopping and mini golf. Short walk to beach even with little ones. House was a little dated but clean. Elevator was a plus! Minor repairs needed such as ripped screens, loose door handle, small hole on upper deck ,but it didn’t affect our stay . We had a large amount of space for our group of 10 adults, 2 teens, and 4 small children. The top floor even had 3 large tables so we all could eat together. The teens loved the theater room. The pool area was terrific. An added major plus were the 2 washer and dryers and 2 kitchens! Very responsive host.
