Host was proactively communicative throughout. The house was just as described, quite large with lots of beds to choose from. Path behind the house wraps around directly to the beach, which was never crowded, just a handful of families from the surrounding houses.
Kitchen comes with a lot of useful cookware, including a crockpot, toaster, and an air fryer. Tons of dishes and flatware.
Fenced areas for the dogs out front is a great touch, as is the saltwater pool when the beach was just a little too much effort (though we mostly lived on the beach). The house is well setup for a big group - 8 beds plus bunk beds, a huge picnic-style dining table, and multiple porches/balconies. Pool table and many puzzles in the upper floor - though the space is pretty tight for the pool table so don't expect serious games. Living room furniture is very comfortable after a day at the beach.
Ample sheets, towels, and toilet paper provided. You'll probably run out of dishwasher pods & trash bags. -5 Stars
