We took our children and grandchildren and everyone had a fabulous time. We had lots of room for hanging out and spending time together and places to go for quiet. You will love this house. The place was clean and each bedroom had a theme. We loved the manatee room. We plan on going back as soon as we can. The kitchen has everything you need. The hot tub works great. The upper deck is a cool hangout place. The beach is clean. The wifi downstairs goes out sometimes. we had 17 people and we enjoyed every minute. -5 Stars
