Great location, short walk to the beach although it was difficult to traverse the sand dunes for the older generations. Had some issues with clogged drains but a quick call and the maintenance man, Sandy, arrived to save the day. The property seemed a bit old. In need of some updates and outside painting. The kitchen was well supplied. The refrigerator and dishwasher had broken parts. There were 18 of us with five dogs. The house was a perfect size for our group. -4 Stars
