Not only is March Madness happening and Easter, there are several events happening this weekend and the next here on the Outer Banks. This weekend we have Blackbeard’s Revenge 100 going on. This is a 100 mile race that starts from Carova and ends at the tip of Hatteras Island. This race will test the limits of it’s runner’s. Rain or shine they will all still run from point to point. Each contestant has to face the unpredictable weather patterns of the Outer Banks. This is a fun race to watch because of the outfits that some of the contestant’s wear. It is fun to see. The run starts on March 23 and ends on March 24.
Next weekend we have several events through out the Outer Banks for Easter. There are plenty of egg hunts for all ages, festival’s, and much more.
