We have had cats, birds, a monkey, fish, rabbits, chinchillas, and of course dogs. So if you want to get away for a couple of days but can’t find anyone to watch your pets just bring them. We only charge $15 per pet per day plus tax. If you want to stay for a week (7 nights) then the fee is $100 per pet plus tax.

If you are going to Water Country USA, Bush Gardens, or Downtown Williamsburg and you need a place to stay, we have the perfect place for you. We have a townhouse in King’s Creek private, gated community right next to Water Country USA. Bush Gardens is only 5 minutes away. Downtown Williamsburg is a couple of minutes down the road. There is so many different fun activities that you can do with the whole family. You can watch the fireworks at Bush Gardens or downtown Williamsburg. I also have a little secret, you can watch the fireworks from Bush Gardens and from Downtown Williamsburg from your back patio at the house. If you don’t feel like going anywhere you can go to any of the activities that they have at King’s Creek. They have several daily activities for all ages. Several pools and their is one inside, a full gym, a sauna, bike rentals, putt putt course, and a playground. The fun will never stop at King’s Creek.
The price for the week of July 4 is only $1,000 for a 3 bedroom, 3 bath town house, 2 washer’s, 2 dryer’s, 2 kitchen’s, and 2 living room’s.

Come to the Outer Banks for some fun in the sun this Summer. We still have some last minute specials going on and we want to invite you to come and stay with us. We have 2 house’s on special a 2 bedroom, 1 bath house called Four Winds #1 and a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with the best view in town from the crow’s nest called Laughing Gull. Below you will find the dates and prices for each house.
Four Winds #1 is available for June 18- June 24 week for the low price of $200 per night. 7 nights are required for this stay.
Laughing Gull is available for June 22- August 5 for the low price of $600 per night. Now this house is special because we are running a little experiment for this house. We normally do not allow partial stays during the months of June, July, and August but this year we want to see if customer’s would like to stay here for 4 nights or more. This house does have a 4 night minimum. You no longer have to come on a busy Saturday or Sunday and have to deal with all that traffic and traffic delays. You can come on a Monday and check out Friday. The possibilities are endless with this cottage.

We just received a last minute cancellation for Mother’s Day partial week. The now available dates are May 9- May 15. The house that these dates are available for is Sand Fiddler. This is one of our largest homes and is booked up from now until Mid- September. Sand Fiddler is 7 bedrooms, 7 baths, has 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, an elevator that goes from the bottom to the top floor, a saltwater pool, a new fenced in pet area, a game room with an Xbox One S, Foosball table, and a 55 inch smart tv. There is also a movie theater with theater seating and 55inch smart tv. In the upstairs living room there is nothing but brand new reclining, pure leather furniture. If your kids need to do school or you need to work no problem, there is now a desk in the middle floor king room with the bunk. There is so much space in this house that everyone can hide to do their work. Sand Fiddler sits across the street from the ocean but still has an awesome view. This neighbor is so quite that at night you can sit on the front decks (any of the 3) and just listen to the waves. In the morning you can go to the middle or bottom floor deck to see if you see any deer. We get them a lot. So come and enjoy Mother’s Day with us!!
These dates May 9- May 15 are on special for $350 a night. There is a housekeeping fee of $253.69. The $350 a night is just the nightly rate. The original price was $450. This is a total savings of $100 off a night. There is a 4 night minimum. All money is due at the time of booking. As a Mother’s Day gift we will give you the amenities package for FREE (This package is valued at $242.41). This package includes all sheet sets, one towel set per person that the house sleeps (26), one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 bars of soap per bathroom, 2 dishwasher pods per kitchen, 1 travel size bottle of dish liquid per kitchen, and one roll of paper towels per kitchen.
