The place was extremely clean - a crucial factor at the beach to keep roaches (none) and other wildlife at bay. The kitchen was VERY well-equipped, probably better than any place I've ever stayed at (be nice to have a sharp knife at a rental though). When I reported a slow bathroom drain they responded right away and fixed the not-easy issue. It's not a fancy place, but the cleanliness of linens, bathroom, sinks, and floors was impressive to me. -5 Stars
