We were just looking for a small place, close to the beach, with enough yard for 2 dogs and this cottage was perfect. The price was very reasonable and the location couldn't have been better. The fenced yard was the true selling point, though! And it came in handy, as it rained for 3 of our 4-day stay, lol. We were able to let the dogs into the yard to do their thing and not stand in the pouring rain, ourselves. Comfy couches, great kitchen, surprisingly spacious bedrooms... it was great! -5 Stars
