This house is small, not fancy, but comfortable and informally decorated. Everything works, and the kitchen is new. I booked last minute after another trip fell through. The owner was very helpful in getting this done quickly! The house is at ground level--absolutely no steps if you have (like I do) a bad knee. The beach is just across the road and a dune--you can't see the ocean but there is easy access. Close to a lot of things! I had a nice couple days there. I found the combination dog-pooping area and picnic table/grill odd and unappealing. Maybe dog owners would see it differently! -5 Stars
