Older home that you can tell updates have been made. Out of the whole house, we only used the main upstairs floor since it was just two of us. The couches were comfortable, the king bed was a dream.... I wish I looked at the brand. The house is Oceanside and just a two minute walk to the ocean. There are a few homes between the ocean and Laughing Gull 1, but you can see it all from the Crows Nest. Speaking of, watching the lightning storms from the crows nest was pretty magical with the 360 view, just don’t stay up there if the storm is too close. The water pressure was great, and the kitchen was stocked with everything I could thing of, from large steam pot and supplies to crack crabs and other hard shellfish. We only went for two nights, but would go again. Just a note for future renters, linens and towels are an add on amenity here, so don’t forget to add it to your stay if you aren’t bringing your own. -5 Stars
