Excellent property for a large group. The living space was great for a big group, enough to spread out but also big enough for groups to spend time together. The large table was perfect for big family dinners. The large main living area worked really well for an anniversary party. Some things in the property could use updating. But overall the amenities were very nice. Kitchen well stocked. Deck furniture was really nice. Location to beach was convenient, just across the street. Everyone really enjoyed the trip, including the teenagers who got a lot of use out of the game room. -5 Stars
