For a family reunion and large gathering, this was a great property to stay at. Plenty of room and bedrooms for those who wanted to stay, plus balconies on every floor, 1 large main kitchen and a smaller kitchen on a different floor for those who wanted more peace and quiet, both functional with lots of fridge space. Would have been nice for each bedroom to have its own bathroom, but we made do. It's right across the street from the beach, but the road to cross can be busy so need to watch the younger kids. We could have used more garbage and recycling bins, or had more than one pickup for a whole week stay, as all the bins were overflowing by the time we left, which of course attracted lots of flies. So make sure you close the doors quickly, or the flies will get inside and be a nuisance. The management company was very responsive. The elevator worked well, especially for those who were staying on the upper floors and to bring groceries to the main kitchen on the top floor. -5 Stars
