I stayed at Sea Biscuit with all of my kids and grandkids last month. We had a great time there. The pool was clean and nice sized. The kids played games, watched movies, and ate popcorn in the theater room. The walk to the beach was short and easy. There was lots of parking for the various families arriving from different locations. The check-in process was easy and timely. There was plenty of seating for all 24 of us in the dining area. The elevator made light work of getting everything hauled in and out. There was only one hitch, which was a discrepancy in the listing regarding which rooms had bunk beds. That was quickly and satisfactorily resolved through messaging before we arrived. We cooked a lot of meals and had everything that we needed at hand. I had read some reviews about upgrades that are coming. They will serve to make a good thing better. For our purposes, it was a great place to stay, and I have no reservation in recommending it to others. And as a final note - I left a laptop behind, and was on the road a few hours away when I got a call that it had been found in the house. It was sent and back in my possession before it was even missed! We would definitely stay there again. -5 Stars
