This is perfect house for a family reunion as there are plenty of beds. The kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils to cook/bake what is needed. You do need to bring all spices (we went during COVID so not sure if pre COVID some spices can be left for others to use). There is a pool and you are right on the beach. There is a pool table for night time entertainment. Multiple tables to eat outside. We visited from New England in April and it was just perfect. -5 Stars
