My group aged 7 months to 88. The average score was 4 stars because the adults that were older were uncomfortable with the lack of a light at the bottom of the stairs at night, the loose railing at the top of the steps and the amount of sand that covered the boardwalk to the beach. We did have a wonderful time and the pool and beach were fantastic. The house was very clean and very comfortable for all 14 of us. Everyone gave a thumbs up for the comfortable mattresses but found the pillows too hard. Overall the house and outside provided a lovely family vacation memory! -4 Stars
