The location is good. Th layout of rooms worked ok for us, but 6 baths are listed there are 4 with shower and 5 toilets. The jack and jill second floor has 1 shower 2 toilets. Pool was nice, hot tub worked well. The place needs some sprucing up, paint power wash and replace some of the walkway boards. Drive in some of the protruding nails. The kitchen cabinets were hung to high. Dishwasher needs a new bottom rack. Bathrooms are nice and clean. -4 Stars
