This is a prefect house for a friends getaway. Rooms are spacious and so is common area. The outdoor deck is great, especially the hot tub and pool. Unfortunately, with the high dunes, you can not see the beach/ocean from the deck. The dune was a bit of a hike to get over but it is doable. The house is nice and cozy and feels like a real beach retreat. Great supplies in the kitchen. Very comfy bean bag chair! Only 1 grill in the front of the house. Definitely recommend. -5 Stars
